CROOKSTON STUDENTS WILL GO TO SUNRICH FOODS

On Tuesday, May 21, several classes from Crookston High School had the opportunity to visit Sunrich Foods in Crookston, Minnesota.

The visit included a tour of the roastery, chickpea plantation and raw sunflower plantation located on the property. Students To complete the tour, everyone was required to wear food-safe clothing. The facility produces roasted/salted sunflower seeds, roasted/salted sunflower meat, raw sunflower meat and retail birdseed.
