Tyler Charter, from Croydon, caught taking child abuse photos

Tyler Charter, 35, of Windsor House, Croydon, was jailed for six and a half years on Thursday (May 23) for organizing or facilitating a sex offense against children and possessing indecent images of children.

National Crime Agency (NCA) intelligence revealed that Charter was suspected of grooming young children.
