A 76-year-old man was fatally injured in a crash in Reynolds County





Centerville, MO – On May 28, 2024, one person was fatally injured in a single-vehicle crash 2 miles north of Centerville, Missouri.

According to a Missouri Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred at 9:15 p.m. on MO21. David White, 76, of Centerville, was traveling southbound when he went off the right side of the road and overcorrected, causing the vehicle to go off the left side, striking an embankment and a tree, and then overturning. He was pronounced dead at the scene. David White was not wearing a safety device during the accident.

This is Troop G’s seventh fatality of 2024. This time last year, 12 people died.
