Mel Cash joins Amy’s Kitchen from her previous role as chief marketing and innovation officer at Nestlé North America, where she helped promote iconic brands such as Stouffer’s and Sweet Earth. Previously at Kellogg, she led the Special K and Morningstar Farms brands. With her unparalleled experience, Mel will lead the redefinition of Amy’s Kitchen’s sales and marketing strategy and continue the brand’s commitment to leadership in the premium organic food market and growth.

Amy’s Kitchen is also celebrating a promotion Leanne Molter to the role of CFO, successfully Peter Wong after retiring in June. Leanne, who previously served as Amy’s Director of Transformation and Strategy, played a key role in shaping Amy’s Kitchen’s business strategy and led its financial transformation initiatives. Leanne previously served as Vice President of Finance at JM Smucker. He brings over 20 years of CPG and financial management experience to this position.
