- Digital sports entertainment and gaming company DraftKings (NASDAQ: DKNG) announced Thursday that Erik Bradbury has been named chief accounting officer and chief accounting officer, effective on or about Aug. 12.
- DKNG shares were quoted +0.80% before launch.
- The company said he is the chief financial officer and chief financial officer officer Alan Ellingson leaves the company.
- Bradbury most recently served as senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at media and internet company IAC (IAC). He previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at DraftKings from September 2020 to September 2023.
- The company said that the change in the position of chief accountant was not the result of any misunderstandings.
