The Hungarian star suffered a serious head injury and Dominik Szoboszlai broke down in tears during Scotland’s Euro 2024 clash

Hungarian star Barnabas Varga was carried off with a serious head injury during his team’s Euro 2024 clash with Scotland.

The 29-year-old collided with goalkeeper Angus Gunn as the ball entered Scotland’s penalty area.

Varga suffered a serious head injury and was lying on the grass, and the Hungarians were visibly depressed.

Team members encouraged medics to run with stretchers as quickly as possible as the atmosphere in the stadium became increasingly tense.
