Youth Police Academy students gain practical experience in crime solving and security training

Ponca City, ca — Last week, Pioneer Tech Youth Police Academy students had a unique opportunity to delve into the world of criminal justice. Under the supervision of instructor Tom Burg, Officer Amy Ballinger and Officer Caleb Peterson, students participated in a crime scene investigation and learned about security protocols as well as various police operations. The hands-on experience was intended to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the field and prepare them for potential future careers in law enforcement and public safety.

The students’ active participation and enthusiasm were evident as they carried out various scenarios and exercises, gaining valuable information about everyday police operations. This hands-on experience is an integral part of Pioneer Tech’s commitment to providing high-quality education and training to its students.
