Billy Ray Cyrus has accused his estranged wife Firerose of molesting him.

He later denied his actions in a June 25 statement.

“His story continues to evolve, and this filing is simply another abusive tactic designed to divert attention from the serious, true allegations against him… The only people supporting his false claims are those on his payroll whose credibility is questionable.” noted in the statement.

News, “We regret that Ms. Hodges has chosen to go to the press regarding this seven-month marriage and has left Mr. Cyrus no option but to set the record straight… (her statement was) misleading and questionable in its truthfulness because she pleaded with Mr. Cyrus Cyrus to he forgave and took her back just two days after pleading for the dissolution of the marriage.

The news comes amid a rift in his family following his previous marriage to his ex-wife Tish Cyrus.
