A murder suspect is back in custody after being mistakenly released from an Ohio prison

A man accused of murder is back in custody after being mistakenly released from an Ohio prison.

According to Cleveland’s CBS affiliate WOIO, 22-year-old Amarion Sanders was released from the Cuyahoga County Jail on Monday after a clerical error made in court.

He was taken into custody by a U.S. Marshals task force Wednesday morning around 9:30 a.m

In September, Sanders was formally charged with aggravated murder, two counts of murder and two counts of assault in connection with the death of Derrick Driskill, according to WKYC.

His trial was originally scheduled to start on August 19.
