Blake Lively Trolls Husband Ryan Reynolds for Wearing Her Clothes After He Wore Her Smiley Face Sweater

“When you realized you were wearing my clothes. I’m just curious,” Lively teased Reynolds on social media

Blake Lively isn’t impressed that Ryan Reynolds is stealing her look.

This gossip Girl On Saturday, the 36-year-old alum took to her Instagram Story to tease her husband for copying her style after he tagged her in a photo with her mom and shared a funny joke.

In the photo, which Lively reposted, Reynolds, 47, and his mother, Tammy Reynolds, can be seen posing for a photo on the beach. Deadpool the actor wore beige pants and a pink and white striped sweater with a large smiley face printed on the front, which Lively showed off publicly in 2022.

His mother wore a blue floral dress and posed with her hand on her hip, and Ryan credited the pose to his wife, writing, “I just realized @blakelively taught my mom how to pose for photos.”

Lively responded to the joke by making one of her own. “And when you realized you were wearing my clothes. I’m just curious,” she wrote.

The couple not only gets along great with each other’s jokes, but also their style on and off the red carpet.

They’ve notably worn coordinated outfits at social events in New York City last year. In September, Lively and Ryan wore complementary pastel looks while dining with close friends Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, Zoë Kravitz, and Channing Tatum at Italian restaurant Emilio’s Ballato.

Lively opted for a chic light blue tweed jacket to match her floral minidress and pink jeweled heels, while the Free Guy actor wore a pink shirt with drawings of birds and a cowboy and purple socks with flamingo accents.

Even the couple’s casual outfits are often in sync, as they were spotted strolling around New York City in matching fall casual outfits in November. A simple favor The actress wore a Smythe jacket with large pockets, which she paired with a green and yellow striped top, while her beau wore a military jacket, a brown checked button-down shirt, and beige khaki pants.

Ryan previously praised his wife’s fashion sense in an interview with PEOPLE during the Eddie Bauer and American Forests #Hug2Give campaign and The One Tree launch event in 2020, saying, “My wife has really crazy style.”

Though he describes himself as a “minimalist,” he supports her hobby. “I think fashion is a completely legitimate form of artistic expression, so it’s one of the few ways that we as humans can express ourselves without a giant canvas in front of us,” he said. “I like to see it that way, and I like that she’s passionate about it.”
