Prichard police are asking for help finding a missing 13-year-old boy

PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) — The Prichard Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old boy.

According to a press release from PPD, on Friday around 7 p.m., the police department received a report of a missing teenager named Jeremiah R. Woods.


Woods was last seen on Wednesday, June 26, around 5 p.m. leaving the area of ​​the 600 block of Frank E. Lee Street.

He is 13 years old, 5’7″ tall, and weighs approximately 190 pounds.

According to PPD, he was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts. His direction of travel is currently unknown.

“Jeremiah is known to frequent the apartment complex around Besemer Avenue, as well as around Main Street,” the PPD news release reads.

According to a release from PPD, Woods has been diagnosed with ADHD and autism.
