Dead Boy Detectives Debuts in Nielsen Top 10, While Fallout Sets Third Kind of Record

To fall – which in previous US streaming rankings from Nielsen accumulated the most minutes watched for a Prime Video title, then became the first series outside of the Netflix platform to accumulate 2 billion minutes watched in consecutive weeks – is this week became the first Prime Video series to top the overall top 10 rankings three times in a row.

To fall The series thus ranked first three times in Nielsen’s streaming originals ranking for the week of April 22, with 1.5 billion minutes viewed over its eight episodes. It was followed (by a distance) by the Netflix series Baby reindeer (915 million minutes viewed/seven episodes), the first chart of Max Netflix Dead Boy Detectives (633 million minutes/eight episodes), Hulu Shogun (which jumped 45% with the release of its finale to reach a weekly high of 608 million minutes viewed), and Netflix The circle (443 million minutes/72 episodes).

Paramount+ rounds out the Top 10 streaming originals for the week of April 22. joints (whose audience was made up of a third of children aged 2 to 11), the Netflix series Unlocked: Prison ExperienceParamount+ Star Trek: Discoverythat of Netflix The Bridgerton Chronicles (before the release of season 3A of the series) and Prime Video THEM: Fear (whose audience was 59% black viewers, Nielsen notes).

Finally, with the Starz streaming service now measured by Nielsen, Black sails landed in 8th place in the Acquired series rankings, with 629 million minutes watched for its 38 episodes (which are also broadcast on Netflix).
