Middletown, Monmouth Beach, Fair Haven Students Named to Scranton Dean’s List

MONMOUTH COUNTY — Local residents were among more than 1,650 students named to the University of Scranton Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester. The Dean’s List recognizes students for academic excellence.

To be on the Dean’s List, a student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and a minimum number of credit hours per semester.

The list includes students from the Jesuit University’s College of Arts and Sciences, the Kania School of Management, and the Leahy College of Health Sciences (formerly Panuska College of Professional Studies).

Honored students from the eastern Monmouth County area are:

• Erin T. Gretsky of Middletown, a sophomore communications major in the university’s College of Arts and Sciences.

• Allison S. Buckman of Monmouth Beach, a senior majoring in counseling and social services in the university’s Panuska College of Professional Studies.

• Sophia Franz of Middletown, a senior nursing student in the university’s Panuska College of Professional Studies.

• Emma R. Lehnert of Fair Haven, a senior nursing major in the university’s Panuska College of Professional Studies.
