On June 28, federal officials announced that the adult performer – whose real name is Justin Heath Smith – had been detained and would later be arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky in federal court in Manhattan.

“Justin Heath Smith allegedly obtained and distributed hundreds of videos — including a horrific video of a toddler being tied up, beaten, and raped.” — Damien Smith, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York stated in the press release.

“Our investigation into Smith is ongoing and we urge anyone with information regarding Smith’s conduct to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.”

Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s New York Field Office, James Smith, added: “Let me be clear: those who distribute child sexual abuse images prey on the most vulnerable in our society. “Each photo shows a crime scene, leaving lasting scars on innocent victims.”

According to the official complaintA detailed investigation into Wolf began in April 2024 after intelligence and security services confiscated the phone of another Telegram user called “Target Telegram User-1.”

While reviewing this individual’s records, correspondence was discovered with another account called “Anon Anon,” which was believed to be Wolf.

During the message exchange, which allegedly took place between March 24 and March 28, 2024, the two users allegedly exchanged “approximately 200 videos” of child pornography “depicting children as young as infants,” the document reads.

Following his arrest, “Telegram Target User 1” was questioned by authorities, during which he admitted that he had previously met “Anon Anon” in person.

The anonymous person also provided details matching Wolf, including “physical description, occupation, and approximate address,” the document continues.

To further confirm his suspicions, an undercover FBI Online employee used the “Target Telegram User-1” account to talk to “Anon Anon,” who messaged him about his trip to the Caribbean on April 16.

That disclosure led to authorities obtaining documents from U.S. Customs and Border Protection that confirmed Wolf traveled from New York to Sint Maarten between April 14 and April 21, as referenced by “Anon Anon.”

After “Telegram Target User 1” alleged that “Anonymous” was storing child pornography on his home computer, law enforcement searched Wolf’s apartment and seized his phone and SD card.

After reviewing the confiscated material, “videos depicting child pornography were discovered,” the complaint states.

If convicted, Wolf faces up to 20 years in prison for distributing and receiving child pornography and up to 10 years for possessing child pornography.

As of this writing, neither Wolf nor Telegram representatives have issued a statement regarding the developing situation.
