Firefighters respond to vegetation fire near Castaic

Firefighters are battling a four-acre brush fire that broke out in the Castaic area.

This brush firedubbed the Calvin Fire, was reported around 10:45 a.m. Saturday near Borton Street in Val Verde.

Initial reports from Los Angeles County Fire Department the fire was reported to be approximately one acre in size, but with light winds it spread to nearly four acres.
