Firefighters called to rescue two year old whose parents were locked out of the house

A crew from Northallerton responded to a report of a two year old who had become locked in a residential property today (Saturday 29 June).

The call was made at 9:48am, with the child having shut the door behind their parents living in Bankhead Road, Northallerton.

On the arrival of fire crews, access had been gained to the property by occupiers and no fire service action was required.
