Wagner was sentenced on June 25, according to Treasure Coast Newspapers.

Wagner was arrested in August 2022 and charged with aggravated sexual battery of a child, lewd and lascivious molestation, possession and promotion of child pornography, incest and sexual intercourse with animals, according to court records available online.

The crimes came to light when people told Snapchat about a parent who was “promoting” videos of that parent having sex with their own children, WPTV reports. The parent was Wagner.

Snapchat sent this information to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which tracked the Port St. IP address. Lucie and Wagner. WPT reports.

“She was their mother. I mean, she was the only person who should have made sure this never happened to them,” Reid told WPTV.

Reid said family members are caring for the children and the 3-year-old is undergoing therapy.

Wagner’s public defender did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
