Car turns upside down in Hei Hei

A person suffered moderate injuries after a vehicle turned upside down in Hei Hei and then crashed into a utility pole.

This was reported by the police spokesman chrislynchmedia.com At approximately 10:05pm police were called to Tauiwi Crescent following a report of a vehicle rollover.

A St. John spokeswoman said an ambulance was dispatched to the scene.

“Our crew assessed and treated one patient who was transported to Christchurch Hospital in a moderate condition.”

A police spokesman said that actions are underway to determine the cause of the accident.
