Josh Brolin and Miles Teller to Star in Firefighter Action Movie ‘No Exit’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Sources say Josh Brolin and Miles Teller will star in the firefighter action movie “No Exit.” Diversity.

“Tron: Legacy” creator Joseph Kosinski directs the film that tells the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots – a group of firefighters who faced one of the deadliest fires in history to save an Arizona town, which ended in the tragic death of 19 crew members.

Ken Nolan developed the story based on his own experiences with the producers.

Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Erik Howsam, Jeremy Steckler, Dawn Ostroff, Mike Menchel, Molly Smith, Trent Luckinbill and Thad Luckinbill of Black Label Media are producing the film. Black Label is financing.

No production start date has been set for the film.

In the past year, Brolin has starred in Everest, Sicario (also produced by Black Label Media) and most recently in the Coen brothers’ dark comedy Hail, Caesar! He recently wrapped filming The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter with Danny McBride and is set to reteam with his Hail, Caesar! co-star George Clooney on Clooney’s next directorial effort, Suburbicon.

Teller will star in “The Divergent Series: Allegiant” next month, and Todd Phillips’ “War Dogs” opens Aug. 19. He is currently filming the PTSD drama “Thank You For Your Service” at DreamWorks.

CAA, which also represents the film, also represents both actors. Teller is also repped by Stone, Genow, Smelkinson, Binder and Christopher.
