Stephanie Conn, RN, MSN will continue to serve East Liverpool City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, as Chief Executive Officer. Conn is the current CEO of Coshocton Regional Medical Center and has served as interim CEO for East Liverpool since March 5. She will transition to East Liverpool full-time on July 1.
