‘General Hospital’ star Haley Pullos is serving 90 days in jail for a DUI crash

The 25-year-old actress was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and a misdemeanor of leaving the scene of an accident in connection with a road accident in 2023.

This General Hospital star, 25, was booked into the Los Angeles County jail system Monday afternoon, according to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department records. The actress’s attorney, Mark Daniel Melnick, confirmed that Entertainment Weekly that Pullos was sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty without a trial to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) in a car accident a year ago.

When she returns to court on July 29 after serving a three-month sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, she will be sentenced to five years probation, 200 hours of community service and restitution of more than $8,000. dollars to the other driver involved in the accident.

“Haley is very grateful to the court for the minimal sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the progress she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick told EW.

Pullos was arrested on April 29, 2023 after she allegedly drove the wrong way on a highway and collided with another driver. She was charged with one felony count of driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, one felony count of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% causing injury, and one felony count of causing a motor vehicle accident resulting in property damage.

According to Daily mailwho first broke the news, Pullos initially pleaded not guilty to all charges but reached a plea deal with the district attorney’s office, ultimately pleading no contest to one count of driving under the influence in exchange for a second count of DUI and misdemeanor hit-and-run accident dropped.
