Missing child alert issued for 3-year-old boy believed to be with woman heading to Georgia

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A missing child alert has been issued for a 3-year-old boy who was believed to be with a woman after he was last seen Saturday in Jacksonville, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced.

The boy, Noah Hayes, was last seen in the 8700th block of Belle Rive Boulevard in Jacksonville. He is 3 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.


According to FDLE, the boy may be riding with 31-year-old Jasmine Graham in a white 2020 Kia Sportage with Florida license plate “05DWTI.” The vehicle has a sticker on the lower right corner of the rear window.

Authorities said they were recently traveling north on I-75 and were possibly heading to Georgia.

Graham is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
