Stolen Truck Recovered, Suspect Arrested in Duluth

A stolen truck was returned to its owner after Duluth police caught a man suspected of theft.

On Thursday, June 20, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Gwinnett Police contacted Duluth Police in reference to a stolen truck.

A white Dodge Ram was reported stolen on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. and was expected to enter Duluth.

The officer spotted the truck on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. near Abbotts Bridge Road and followed her to the Goodwill parking lot.

The suspect immediately got out of the truck and ran away.

Officers managed to apprehend him on Abbotts Bridge Road.

Gwinnett Police took the man into custody and returned the truck to the owner.
