Diddy hit with new sexual assault lawsuit stemming from ’90s relationship with student.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was charged with sexual assault this week. The latest in a series of complaints comes from a woman who claims the embattled fashion mogul and rapper subjected her to sexual assault, battery and sexual assault over several years during the early days of his fame in the 1990s.

April Lampros, in a lawsuit filed Thursday in New York, claims she was the victim of several “horrific sexual encounters” with Combs, whom she met in 1994 when she was 21 and studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. The lawsuit says Lampros, 51, was showered with gifts by the rapper, who he says also promised to help him find a successful career in the fashion industry.

But Lampros says that in 1995, Combs began abusing her and forcing her into certain situations. At one point, she says, she woke up in a Manhattan hotel room “naked, sore and disoriented” after Combs allegedly raped her. Another incident describes Combs forcing Lampros to perform oral sex on him in a parking garage in front of his staff; the following year, Combs allegedly forced the drug Ecstasy down her throat and that of his girlfriend, Kim Porter, and then forced them both to have sex with each other in front of him.

“Ms. Lampros vocally opposed the idea, but Mr. Combs quickly reminded her that she had no control over the situation because it could cause her to lose her job,” the lawsuit says.

Hollywood reporter contacted Combs’ lawyers and his representative but received no response as of Friday.

Combs’ legal troubles mounted after he settled a lawsuit with singer Cassie Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, who accused him of years of abuse and sexual assault. The rapper and fashion mogul has denied all allegations of wrongdoing that we and others have leveled against him in the case, including those in the explosive lawsuit filed by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones that accuses Combs of sex trafficking and grooming. Since that lawsuit was filed, multiple women have come forward with similar allegations of abuse, assault and rape involving near-billionaire rap pillar and fashion and lifestyle brand founder Sean John.

Last week, CNN released footage of Combs physically assaulting Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016. The shocking footage, which shows Combs mercilessly throwing Ventura to the ground, punching, kicking and ripping her off her sweater, prompted him to share a video of his apology on social media.

“It’s very hard to remember the darkest moments in life, but sometimes you have to do it,” Diddy said on Instagram. “I was screwed up – I hit rock bottom – but I don’t make excuses. My behavior in this video is inexcusable.

“I take full responsibility for my actions in this movie,” Combs added. “I was disgusted when I did it. I’m disgusted now. I went and sought professional help. I started going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for His mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to being a better person every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”
