The Municipal Police issued an arrest warrant for a 12-year-old girl

MEMPHIS, Tennessee — A Municipal Police was issued for an endangered 12-year-old runaway, Tor’ea Taylor.

Taylor was last seen on June 28 in the 3100 block of Beaumont in Memphis, Tennessee.

A City Guard was issued for Tor’ei Taylor.

The victim was supposed to return home from summer school at Cherokee Elementary School, but instead decided to go to an unknown friend’s house at an unknown location.

Taylor was described as a black female, 5’7″, wearing a unicorn shirt, khaki pants, bedazzled crocs and twin-braid ponytails.
