Kanye West Co. sued on “new slave” charges, Bianca allegedly sent pornography to employees

Kanye West created an app to promote his rap music, creating a racist environment and brutal working conditions – while his wife, Bianca CensoriAccording to a new lawsuit, she sent employees porn videos that could have been accessed by minors.

Bombshell lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court naming Ye and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulosas accused.

The lawsuit accuses Kanye and co. engaged in “forced labor and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment”.

The two were accused of making false promises about the wages of adult and child workers and forcing them to work incredibly long hours while openly taunting them with racist remarks and calling them “new slaves.”

It all started in the spring of 2024, when Ye decided to launch a streaming app called YZYVSN to compete with Tidal, Spotify, and Apple Music. The lawsuit says Ye wanted to avoid paying those companies to promote his new albums, “Vultures” and “Vultures 2.”

So he and Milo allegedly hired an international development team with several black members, which also included underage teenagers as young as 14 years old.

The documents show that employees worked mostly remotely, staying in constant contact with Ye, Milo and their team using digital and web-based communication apps such as Discord, Zoom and Slack.

In April 2024, Milo promised to pay the developer group $120,000 upon completion of the app if they agreed to working conditions and did not complain, the documents say.

But things quickly went downhill… the lawsuit says Ye ordered all employees to sign non-disclosure agreements, threatened to fire the minors and refused to pay them if they didn’t. Minor developers were also required to sign “volunteer” contracts.

Ye’s white managers who supervised foreign and minority workers then allegedly used disparaging language to create a hostile work environment.

In group chats, Caucasian managers used harassing language toward subordinates based on their age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin. Some team members were called “slaves” and others “new slaves.”

The documents say Milo once sent a chat message containing a black and brown skin emoji to an African-American team member while calling a junior school employee a shooter. Workers were also forced to work long hours at night without pay or sleep.

Then in late April, Ye announced he was launching an adult film business titled “Yeezy PornThe documents show that his wife, Bianca, sent one of the employees a file-sharing link containing explicit sexual activity. Minors were not protected from viewing pornographic videos during the creation of Ye’s porn app. Bianca was not named as a defendant.

On May 1, 2024, after a period of intense rush to create the app, the team allegedly presented Ye with one of the finished apps, but it is unclear from the documents which one. Ye and Milo allegedly never paid employees for their hard work, leading them to file a lawsuit.

The lawsuit seeks damages for unpaid wages and overtime pay, as well as emotional distress.
