This 40-year-old pizzeria is for sale

A pizzeria that has been serving the Columbus area for over forty years is now for sale.

Tommy Wayne’s Pizza, located about 45 minutes southeast of downtown Columbus in Amanda, Ohio, is for sale, according to Lithopolis real estate agent Megan Bell.

The pizzeria, which has been in business for more than four decades, is located at 5805 Chillicothe Lancaster Rd. SOUTHWEST. She noted that the family-owned business “wants to pass the baton to someone else.”

Bell said the building, land (a corner lot totaling more than 1 acre) and business rights were valued at a total of $445,000. The current owners of Tommy Wayne’s are willing to help with the transition to new ownership if the concept is retained, but the sale is not contingent on the location being operated as Tommy Wayne’s Pizza.
