Initial information indicates that on Sunday, June 30, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop based on information provided by the Chatham County Police Department. Officers provided aid to Griffin, who was taken to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment. This is an active and ongoing investigation.
