TFEC ANNOUNCES JENNIFER DOYLE AS PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Effective July 1, The Foundation for Community Development (TFEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Doyle as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Jennifer, who has served as Interim President and CEO since early 2024, brings more than 15 years of experience to TFEC, where she has served in a variety of key roles, including Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Investments.

“I am deeply committed to TFEC’s mission to inspire giving and partner with donors to achieve their charitable goals,” said Jennifer Doyle. “Our focus on strengthening local communities by investing in them now and for generations to come is more important than ever, and I look forward to actively promoting our mission to make a lasting impact.”

Jennifer began her career at TFEC in 2008 as a Program Officer and has since held positions as Asset Development Associate and Director of Development and Community Investment. Her extensive organizational experience and commitment to community development have prepared her to lead TFEC into its next chapter.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Pennsylvania State University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, Community Leadership Series Class of 2012.

Prior to joining TFEC, Jennifer held leadership positions at Goodwill Industries Keystone Area and Northwestern Human Services. She is a recipient of the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Tribute to Women of Excellence award and actively volunteers with several organizations including Speranza Animal Rescue and West Shore Wildlife Center.
