March Construction has promoted Thomas A. Cavallero to director of operations, Dawn St. Denis to assistant controller and Thomas Easse to senior project manager.

Cavallero, who joined the Wayne-based company in 2012, comes to his new position after serving as vice president of estimating and purchasing. He comes to that position with more than two decades of construction experience, beginning his career with an architectural firm and later working for a large carpentry contractor.

As COO, Cavallero oversees all preconstruction, estimating and purchasing activities, according to a press release. His extensive experience includes sales, marketing, bidding, contract negotiations and commercial project management on the East Coast.

Meanwhile, St. Denis has 26 years of dedicated service and is responsible for project accounting, accounts receivable and payroll. Previously a project accountant, she will now work with the company controller and manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth operation and financial accuracy.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from William Paterson University.

Easse, a former project manager at March, has more than 36 years of commercial construction management experience, according to a news release. The company said he has managed multimillion-dollar projects in a variety of sectors, including public schools, healthcare, retail and historic renovations, and most recently worked on Hamilton Street in Bound Brook, as well as 3 Westchester Park Drive and Carraway Luxury Apartments, both in Harrison, N.Y.
