Oneida County man arrested, hit, smashed room reservation window

CAMDEN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — At approximately 9:45 p.m. on Monday, July 1, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth Miller in Camden for a domestic incident involving a knife.

Miller was taken to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing. While waiting to be processed, Miller punched the window of the booking room several times, breaking it, the sheriff said.


He was accused of:

  • Two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
  • One count of crime against family
  • One county where the crime of contempt of court in the first degree was committed
  • One count of contempt of court in the first degree
  • Criminal mischief in the third degree
  • Drink driving with previous convictions
  • Stricter unlicensed activity
  • Two counts of threats
  • Nine Universal Traffic Fines

Miller was transported to the Oneida County Jail, where he awaited trial in the Oneida County Central Court of Appeals.
