A 37-year-old Biloxi man has been sentenced to 80 years in prison for sexually abusing children.

According to Harrison County District Attorney W. Crosby Parker, Quincy Allen Hall pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault — one for abusing a child and the other for touching a child for lewd purposes.

Assistant District Attorney Meaghan Smith, who prosecuted the case for the state, said Biloxi police officers received a report in May 2023 that Hall had sexual relations with multiple children. The victims were interviewed by investigators and it was revealed that the children had been sexually abused by Hall for most of their teenage years.

An investigation into Hall’s phone revealed that he also recorded himself performing sex acts and sent explicit messages to one of the children before and after the abuse. He admitted to his crimes to Biloxi lead investigator Lance Miller during questioning.

During the hearing, Hall apologised to the family for “all the hurt” he had caused through his abuse, but Judge Christopher Schmidt said he did not expect “any sympathy” from the court before handing down the lengthy sentence.

“The sexual abuse of two victims continued for years,” Parker said. “While we know that no amount of incarceration will undo the pain and damage this defendant has caused, we hope that this sentence will help the healing process, as will the knowledge that this defendant will spend the rest of his life in prison.”

Hall will serve his eight-decade sentence day by day in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without the possibility of parole or parole.
