EastEnders teen jailed as police investigate

The Panesar/Gulati family was left distraught when Nugget Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) collapsed and was admitted to hospital.

When doctors revealed steroids were the cause, mum Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) was horrified, and dad Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) set out to find out how he got the money.

After receiving information about the incident, the police immediately arrived to question Nugget and his family. It was revealed that the steroid trade carries a sentence of 14 years in prison.

However, Nugget refused to provide them with information about the source of the steroids, falsely claiming that he purchased them online.

Viewers will learn that Nugget’s steroids came from his best friend Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega), who began taking them after being attacked by the tyrant Logan.

As Ravi went on a rampage to find the perpetrator, Denzel visibly panicked – and soon revealed the truth to Zack Hudson (James Farrar), who had suspected from the start that something was going on between the teens.

Denzel spoke about the entire attack and how he failed to save Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) from getting hurt.

After their conversation, Denzel went to the hospital where he finally confessed the truth, which left Ravi furious.

Then the police came back and Ravi handed Denzel over to them.
