Bullhead City Man Arrested In Fatal Stabbing Of Uncle

Officials said officers went to a home near Colina Drive and Ramar Road around 8:30 p.m. June 29 in response to a report of a weapons violation and found 53-year-old Steven Anderson in critical condition with multiple stab wounds.

Paramedics took Anderson to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, officials said. Investigators said they later linked the stabbing to 30-year-old Don Kelso.

Fort Mojave Tribal Police found Kelso walking near King Street and Highway 95 in the Mohave Valley around 6 a.m. June 30 and booked him into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman on a charge of first-degree murder.

Kelso’s next court date has not yet been announced.
