A few days ago I lost my personal emotional support dog, Rowan, a half Pyrenean Mountain Dog. I am a disabled military veteran of the Naval Hospital Corps WAVE from Camp Lejeune. Rowan is very important to me because I have many health issues related to my military service. My daughter saw Rowan at home the night before. Rowan is sleeping in my room, so I don’t know how she got out.

As I began searching for her, my daughter noticed the social worker talking to a neighbor and went to the officer to tell her my dog was missing. While I was talking to the red-headed social worker, I told her that we were also missing my grandson Charles’ Australian Shepherd, Jackson, and when I looked in the back of her extended cab, I saw Jackson (a multiple fugitive). The nice officer led us a few blocks away where Rowan was waiting with another nice lady. There are angels among us and this nice red-headed social worker is one of them, as is the lady in whose yard Rowan played with Jackson. I am so grateful to these two ladies for their kindness. The Red Bluff Police Department has a very valuable officer in this lady. I send my gratitude and blessings to both of you.
