UPDATE: DMV services restored after statewide outage

(HRB EL PASO, Colo.) — The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder (EPC) reported that as of 11:30 a.m., the state system was restored and all DMV services have resumed.

The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder (EPC) posted a notice on his X page (formally known as Twitter) that the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) system has been unavailable since Tuesday, July 2 at approximately 10:00 a.m.


According to the EPC official and registrar, there has been a statewide system outage and the DMV has suspended service until the state resolves the issue.
