HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Tampa Police have announced an increased reward for information leading to the arrest of 7-year-old Yitzian Torres Garcia.

He was killed in a shooting on July 4, 2023 on the Courtney Campbell Causeway.

Tampa police said two groups of people got into a fight on jet skis, which resulted in shots being fired.

Garcia was hit by a stray bullet and killed.

The tip reward is now $25,000.

Police Chief Lee Bercaw and his family will attend a press conference this afternoon where they will ask anyone with information to come forward.
