Kenya Moore Won’t Return to ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ After Suspension: Reports

Kenya Moore will not return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta after being accused of presenting “revenge porn,” sources report.

Moore’s departure was confirmed by Entertainment Tonight and People Tuesday. It is unclear whether the departure was a joint decision between Bravo and the business mogul, whether she chose to leave on her own, or whether she was fired. Multiple outlets cited conflicting reports about the nature of the departure.

The 1993 Miss USA’s time on “RHOA” is coming to an end after she was suspended indefinitely by Bravo over a dispute with new cast member Brittany “Brit” Eady, a source familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly told USA TODAY on June 15. The Atlanta version of the network’s popular franchise recently shuffled its cast of newcomers and former stars of the show following fan criticism.

USA TODAY has contacted representatives for Bravo and Moore.

Moore seemingly addressed her departure on X on Tuesday, writing, “#TEAMTWIRLFOREVER You are the best fans anyone could ask for. And I love you all so much. Always and forever .”

The cast of Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta includes Drew Sidora, Marlo Hampton, Sheree Whitfield, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore and Sanya Richards Ross.

Bravo, which is currently filming the show’s 16th season, announced last month that returning cast members Moore, Porsha Williams, Shamea Morton Mwangi and Drew Sidora would join newcomers Eady, Angela Oakley and Kelli Ferrell as full-time owners of the peach divas, along with former “RHOA” personality Cynthia Bailey as an official friend of the group.

According to People and Entertainment Tonight, Moore was suspended for leaking photos showing Eady, an insurance tycoon, allegedly engaging in a sex act during the recent grand opening of the Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta.

In X’s post from earlier this month, Moore addressed the accusations of retaliation that have been made against her and Eady.

“I would never engage in revenge porn, I would never distribute private photos or videos of anyone, or encourage others to use photos to threaten or blackmail,” Moore said on the platform on June 8, adding a fire emoji. “I have always been justified. I can’t talk about STORY even when people are spreading fake news #sweet16”
