Zac Efron’s changing face is included in his latest film

Look, I think we can all agree that Zac EfronThe face has undergone a transformation. While Efron has stated that the changes to his jaw were the result of an accident, it remains a topic of much debate — so much so that it was mentioned in the script of his latest Netflix film Family matter.

IN Family matterthis Iron Claw the actor stars alongside Australia’s favourite Nicole Kidman playing a famous actor named Chris Cole. Kidman plays a writer named Brooke who is the mother of his assistant Zara (King Joey). Eventually, Chris and Brooke begin a romance.

In one scene, the blossoming lovers’ dialogue mentions Efron’s jaw surgery — which sounds very similar to the story Efron told about his accident.

“I did have surgery though,” Efron Kidman says in the film.

“Right here,” he says, pointing to the scar on his jaw.

“I fell on set. Some broken glass.”

Zac Efron’s jaw has been a hot topic for several years now, with fans speculating that he may have experimented with cosmetic procedures such as fillers or facial masculinization surgery. However, in 2022, Efron explained Men’s Health Magazine that he suffered a pretty serious injury when, while running around the house in his socks, he slipped and hit his face on a granite fountain.

He told the magazine that he must have blacked out and woke up with his chin bone hanging out of his face. But that’s not all, in the accident he tore his anterior cruciate ligament, dislocated his shoulder and broke his wrist.

He later admitted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that he almost died as a result of the incident.

“It was fun. It sucks. I almost died, but it’s okay,” he said.

Ouch, mom!

Although he underwent physical therapy to treat the injury, little could be done about the masseter muscles of his face, which he claimed were overcompensating for other muscles that had been taken out of use while the injury healed.

“The masseter muscles just got bigger,” he said. Men’s Health Magazine.

“They got really, really big.”

As a girl who has been known to stop the growth of her giant, jaw-clenching masticatory muscles with Botox, I agree. Those things just fucking grow.

And I think we can all agree that regardless of his jaw, Efron is one hell of a hottie.
