Fall River Diman Regional Students Win Medals at Nationals – Fall River Reporter

Diman School students from Fall River and Westport proved their merit on the national stage by taking home hardware.

According to Diman Regional, 23 students qualified to compete in this year’s SkillsUSA 2024 National Competition in Atlanta, Georgia. Twenty of the 23 Diman students finished in the top ten competitors in the country.

SkillsUSA is an organization and competition where students improve their personal, professional and technical skills based on current industry standards in over 130 career areas, from 3D animation to welding and almost everything in between.

Here are the Dimana medal winners and their categories:

GOLD: Elizabeth Kinnane, Haylee Nunes, Johannelys Gonzalez Rivera (Automatic Manufacturing Technology)

GOLD: Madison Pereira, Cameron Cadieux, Tye Young (Career Paths – Industrial & Engineering Technology)

BRONZE: Michael Mosher (5-axis CNC milling programmer)
