Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces New Human Trafficking Allegations in Latest Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new sex trafficking allegations in a lawsuit filed Wednesday by a former porn star.

Adria English, who goes by the pseudonym Omunique, says in the lawsuit that she “lived her adult life with memories of being trapped in a cycle of human trafficking that she never wanted to participate in, and was chosen because defendant Combs knew he could seduce her.”

It’s at least the 10th lawsuit filed against the rap mogul, alleging physical abuse and sex trafficking. Combs settled a lawsuit in November filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, who accused him of sex trafficking and sexual assault.

Combs apologized in a video statement in May after surveillance footage emerged that apparently showed him assaulting Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016, saying his actions in the video were “inexcusable” and that he took “full responsibility.” Los Angeles County prosecutors declined to file charges against Combs after the video was released. He has denied the sexual harassment allegations in lawsuits.

According to the latest lawsuit, English met Combs while she was working as a dancer at a New York club. Her then-boyfriend, an aspiring model, auditioned for Combs’ company, Sean John, and was told he could work if English agreed to dance at parties Diddy hosted in the Hamptons and Miami, according to the lawsuit.

“Plaintiff did not consent to being used as a sexual pawn for the pleasure and financial gain of others throughout her life,” the lawsuit reads.

According to the lawsuit, English claims she was forced to drink alcohol and take drugs and was later “proven” to have been sexually assaulted.

The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of New York, also names a woman who English says facilitated Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking operation. The complaint compares her to Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted and sentenced to prison for recruiting and grooming victims of sexual abuse for the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The woman “was to Defendant Combs what Ghislaine Maxwell was to Jeffrey Epstein,” the lawsuit said. It added that if “the woman had not used her innate goodwill as a woman to gain another woman’s trust, coordinated, and acted as Defendant Combs’ avatar, Defendant Combs would not have been able to execute his corrupt sex trafficking organization.”

Jonathan Davis, Combs’ attorney, denied the allegations in a statement to ABC News.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never committed sexual assault or sex trafficking,” the statement read. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason, without any evidence. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process that exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail on these and other baseless claims in court.”

The woman accused in the lawsuit of facilitating an alleged sex trafficking operation did not immediately respond to ABC News’ request for comment.
