Motorcyclist in hospital with serious injuries after crash

A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after his motorcycle veered off the road and crashed.

Cambridge Police said the 38-year-old was riding a Honda CBR motorbike in Littleport, heading northwest on the A1101 at Bate’s Drove when the incident happened at 4.20pm (UK time) on Wednesday.

Officers said the man is currently in a serious condition at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.

Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage have been asked to contact police.
