Amber Alert Update: Body of missing 7-year-old found

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – The body of a 7-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert has been found. The TBI said this morning that a dive team found the body of Serenity Alanna Marie Kinsey in a lake near her home. Authorities released heartbreaking news this morning about the young girl, who was autistic and nonverbal. The TBI posted on social media that it was sending its condolences to her family during this difficult time. Serenity went missing from her home in Dandridge, Tennessee, at approximately 1:00 a.m.
