Student suffers serious injuries after falling from bus – KERALA – GENERAL

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A plus two class student fell off a moving KSRTC bus and sustained serious injuries. The incident took place at Kattakkada in Thiruvananthapuram. Sandeep, a plus two class student of Thirumala AMH School, fell off the bus. Sandeep was seriously injured in the accident. He sustained injuries on his fingers, hip and left hand.

The incident took place on Friday morning at 8.35 am. As the speeding bus reached near the bridge, it fell into the gutter on the road. The doors of the bus opened and Sandeep fell out. The bus did not stop even after Sandeep fell. The bus stopped when the passengers created a ruckus after driving for 750 metres. The passengers then rushed with Sandeep to a private hospital in Kattakkada. The accident occurred when the bus fell into the gutter between Anthiyoorkonam Junction and Anthiyoorkonam Bridge.
