Off-duty DOC officer arrested in Queens: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police say an off-duty New York Department of Corrections officer was arrested Friday in Queens.

According to the New York Police Department, 31-year-old Kamron Palmer is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident, three counts of driving under the influence, having improper license plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motorcycle.

Palmer was arrested at 2:25 a.m. Police did not provide details about the incident.
