Armed and dangerous: 2 prison escapees released – Daily Leader

Two men escaped from custody at the Claiborne County Jail, about 48 miles west-northwest of Brookhaven.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in locating 24-year-old Tyrekennel Collins and 18-year-old Dezarrious Johnson. Both men are described as black males with brown eyes and black hair. Collins is 5’11” tall and weighs 142 pounds. Johnson is 5’6″ tall and weighs 115 pounds.

Anyone who sees any of these individuals is warned not to approach them as they are considered armed and dangerous. Report sightings or other information to CCSO at 601-437-5161 or call 9-1-1.
