Another Bologna star rejects Arsenal’s offer for Premier League rival

Arsenal are close to completing the transfer of Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna in this transfer window, with the defender expected to complete the deal soon.

Calafiori impressed for Bologna in Serie A last season, but his performances at Euro 2024 played a key role in convincing Arsenal to sign him.

The report suggests that Zirkzee was persuaded by discussions with United, deciding to ignore Arsenal’s interest and move to Old Trafford instead.
